Skyla is a transformational coach and specialises in weight-loss and muscle building programming, strength & conditioning training, nutritional guidance & mindset development. It is her personal mission to help as many women as possible to achieve their ideal level of fitness and to feel more confident and happy!

Lee specialises in programming and nutrition programs targeting weight loss, muscle toning and lean muscle gain. Lee is a life coach and is very experienced in natural body building competitions and competition preparation.


Specialising in exercise programming, personal training and individual development from basic fitness introduction & weight loss to mobility gains & injury rehabilitation.


Leanne enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with others and helping all her clients reach their health and fitness goals.
