Qualifications
Experience
As a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach Kirstie believes fitness should be fun and make your life better – not take it over.
With over 6 years of experience coaching both in person and online, her approach combines evidence based strength training, functional movement, mobility, nutrition and behavioural science to help you build a body that is strong, capable and resilient for life.
Her goal isn’t simply to help you get fitter or change how you look. It’s to help you move well, build strength, feel confident in your body and create habits that actually last.
Â
Who She Works With
Kirstie works with clients who want to get stronger, improve mobility, maintain their independence as they age and find a way of training that they genuinely enjoy.
Whether you’re completely new to strength training, returning after time away, or ready to take your training to the next level, sessions are tailored around your body, goals, lifestyle and experience.
Her coaching also goes beyond the gym. Using neuroscience informed behaviour change and evidence-based coaching.
Kirstie helps clients understand the habits, thought patterns and all-or-nothing behaviours that can keep them stuck – so they can create sustainable change without relying on motivation, restriction or perfection.

About Kirstie
Originally from London, UK and now based in the Northern Rivers, Kirstie has worked with clients across the world – from gyms in the UK to superyachts and now her own online and in-person coaching business in Australia.
Outside of coaching you’ll usually find her lifting something heavy, enjoying walks & getting outdoors, throwing punches in a kickboxing class, taking on a fitness challenge or finding another excuse to move!
Her philosophy is simple: train for the life you want to live – not just the body you want to have!
