Peter Roberts - Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)

I am a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologist, specializing in Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation / Return to Performance. I have worked with various clients from elite professional athletes in various sporting fields, to private clients. Having experience developing customized and effective rehabilitation solutions to address individual situations.

I recently completed an assignment with former Wallabies coach Robbie Deans, who engaged my services as a consultant to the Panasonic Wild Knights Rugby Union Team in Japan. Based on my review of their physical preparation, I introduced pre-rehabilitation protocols into their training regime. The team was successful in their campaign for the Japanese Top League Championship title, with all team members remaining injury free.

I also have been employed as a sessional lecturer and tutor for the Sport and Exercise Science degree course at Southern Cross University.
