Helen is a Master Clinical Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Master NLP Practitioner although she would probably call herself a Mind Trainer. Helen has been working as a Clinical Hypnotherapist for over seven years with clinics in Goonellabah, Ballina, Alstonville and Byron Bay and has successfully helped over 1000 people achieve the changes they want.
Helen has more than 20 years experience working in the community and government sectors. A great deal of this was working in a counselling role with adolescents and their families. She spent several years working as the Regional Manager for Youth Justice Conferencing at the Department of Juvenile Justice. As well as qualification in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming with a Diploma of Modern Hypnosis, NLP and Coaching, Helen also has qualifications in Counselling, Welfare, Social Science, Training and a Graduate Diploma of Experiential Learning.
Helen lives in Ballina with her husband and two daughters.
Helen is a Registered Professional member of the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapist and a registered health professional with a health provider number and those who have private health insurance can claim if their health fund covers hypnotherapy. As a professional member of an association she is required to annually meet ongoing training and supervision guidelines to maintain her membership.
Hypnotherapy is a successful treatment for many issues including anxiety, depression, smoking, weight loss, confidence and procrastination.
