Skyla is a transformational coach and specialises in weight-loss and muscle building programming, strength & conditioning training, nutritional guidance & mindset development. It is her personal mission to help as many women as possible to achieve their ideal level of fitness and to feel more confident and happy!
I grew up in a background of Martial Arts. From the very young age of 18 months, I was involved in Taekwondo right up until the age of 16. I became a Taekwondo Instructor after I achieved my 1st Dan and that is where my true passion of teaching and instructing first began. I am now a qualified Personal Trainer, Online Coach and I am a Group Fitness Instructor. I have been coached and mentored by Lee Nagorcka owner of Boundless Coaching.
I believe in building strong and resilient clients. I teach my clients the correct way to achieve their goals and how to build a sustainable lifestyle that can be enjoyed. There are endless amounts of “fast fixes” when it comes to starting your own fitness journey. I teach my clients how to fall in love with the journey and how to build a healthy relationship with nutrition & exercise. I encourage my team to fall in love with movement, to simply move more.
